Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Chicago Pizza Tours. By purchasing tickets, booking a tour, or participating in any Chicago Pizza Tours experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase tickets or participate in our tours.
Booking and Tickets
- Tickets must be purchased in advance through our website at chicagopizzatours.com or through our authorized booking partner, FareHarbor.
- Each ticket is valid only for the specific date, time, and tour selected at the time of purchase.
- All ticket sales and payment processing are handled through FareHarbor, a third-party booking platform. By completing a purchase, you also agree to FareHarbor's terms of service.
- Group bookings and private tour reservations are subject to separate agreements and pricing provided at the time of inquiry.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour time are not eligible for a refund. A gift certificate for the full value of the booking will be issued instead, redeemable for any future tour.
- No-shows (guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time) will not receive a refund or credit of any kind.
- Chicago Pizza Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour due to extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Tour Conduct
- Guests must follow the instructions of their tour guide at all times for safety and the enjoyment of the group.
- Respectful, courteous behavior toward guides, staff, restaurant partners, and fellow guests is required throughout the tour.
- Chicago Pizza Tours reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful. Removed guests will not receive a refund.
- Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified start time. Tours depart on schedule and will not wait for late arrivals. Late arrivals who miss their tour will be treated as no-shows.
- We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and dressing appropriately for the weather, as tours involve time spent outdoors.
Food, Allergies, and Dietary Restrictions
- All food tastings included in the tour are preordered from our restaurant partners. Guests with dietary restrictions or food allergies should notify Chicago Pizza Tours at least 48 hours before the tour so we can make arrangements where possible.
- Chicago Pizza Tours and our restaurant partners will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. However, we cannot guarantee that any food item is completely free of allergens, as meals are prepared in shared kitchen environments.
- Guests with severe or life-threatening food allergies participate at their own risk and should take all necessary personal precautions, including carrying any required medication (such as an EpiPen).
Assumption of Risk and Liability
- Our walking tours involve physical activity, including walking on public sidewalks, crossing streets, and navigating uneven terrain. Our bus tours involve travel on public roads.
- By participating in a Chicago Pizza Tours experience, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with tour activities.
- Chicago Pizza Tours, its owners, employees, and guides are not liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss that may occur during a tour, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
- Chicago Pizza Tours is not responsible for the quality, safety, preparation, or hygiene of food and beverages provided by our restaurant partners. Each restaurant operates independently and is solely responsible for its own food handling practices.
Photography and Media
- Chicago Pizza Tours and its representatives may photograph or record video of guests during tours for use in marketing, social media, website content, and promotional materials.
- By participating in a tour, guests consent to the use of their likeness in such materials without compensation.
- Guests who prefer not to be photographed or recorded should inform their tour guide before the tour begins, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate that request.

- A deposit may be required to secure a date for private events. Deposit amounts and payment schedules will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Cancellation terms for private events and team outings may differ from those of public tours and will be outlined in the booking confirmation or event agreement.
